immediately utilizing payroll cards instead of Qchex.
The card has the UPC logo on it.

First come, first served. We have a limited batch of the
cards for the initial order.
Please note:
You will need your UPC I.D. number which you can get from
the back office when you can see your stack.
The number is in the format pr000000000xxxx near the top in
the center. We only need the last 4 digits.
You should order a card for each position in the stack,
i.e. corporation, personal name, spouse, etc.
